Q. Who can register?
Ans. Anyone who is an Indian citizen, residing in India and of 18 years or above on the date of registration can register for Kaun Banega Crorepati. No person can participate on behalf of another person.
Q. When will the lines be open for registration?
Ans. Registration lines (both IVRS – phone and SMS – messaging) are open from 21:00:00 hrs on May 27, 2011, when the first question goes on air, till 20:59:59 hrs on June 6, 2011 for all viewers. The schedule of on-air registration questions during this period will be as below:-
In addition, for Idea subscribers, the registrations lines (both IVRS – phone and SMS – messaging) are open exclusively from 21:00:00 Hrs on June 8, 2011 till 20:59:59 Hrs on June 14, 2010(“Idea Pass”). The schedule of on-air registration questions during this period will be as below:-
MSM reserves the right to adjust the start and the end dates of lines without prior notice
Q. What are the different modes of registration?
Ans. You can register by answering the on-air question through an SMS or by calling on the IVR number. The operator wise registration details of the numbers to be dialled for IVR and short code for sending SMS with the answer options are listed below:
*BSNL Rajasthan and Punjab landline subscribers can call 12555 01/02/03/04
